[Resolved]  BSNL — Remove CALLER TUNE

My name is Jarina Bibi and my mobile number is [protected]. I want to remove my caller tune and I repeated sent the SMS (massage) viz. UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700 on 05.11.2008 and replied to me "your caller tune a/c has been closed". Isliye koi deduct nehi hua December 08 month mai. but 5.01.2009 at 8.15 a.m fir Rs.20/- deduct kiya from my a/c. So, I imformed to C.C ([protected]) and CC se bola, fir massage small letter ke sath unsubscribe to 56700 par bhejne keliye but mess. reply ‘it was not possible to close your BSNL Tunes a/c due to a technical erroron’ 5.02.09 at 7.01 a.m.

02.02.09 CC ([protected]) ko puchha my caller tune closed hua ki nehi, tab unhone bola my caller Tune closed ho gaya. But 05.02.09 main fir Rs.20/- kat liya. Fir aj C.C main bat kiya and complane likhaya subhe 8.00 baje. But till to date no action has been taken and I am now mentely & financialy disturbed. Isliye main bohut pareshan main hu.

So I request you to please remove my caller tune as early possible.

Please dis-able caller tune on my mobile number please, I cannot spare so much amount for a song and I did't subcribe any time, I did't know how it came and set for my number.

In this connection several times I have contacted BSNL customer service care ([protected]), but all my efforts are in vain. They are really good for nothing. Finding no other alternative I seek your best help so that my said caller tune is disabled immediately

BSNL — Not removing caller tune

Sir My caller tune is not removing. I had send alot times 'unsubscribe' to 56700 but my tune had not removed yed. Thank you

I am also having the problem while removing the caller tune. I sent messages and made calls since last two months spending more money to remove it.The above-written complaints clearly indicate that many of bsnl subsribers are having this problem o[censored]nwanted or forced caller tunes. Is BSNL using this wrong practice of earning and do't want to leave it. It, thus, amounts to cheating thousands of its innocent subscribers by Rs. 30 per month.
This should be checked by BSNL officials immediately please.

BSNL Excel — Dialer tune

Hi sir my name is Rajasekhar Reddy i am using Bsnl prepaid service.
Even my caller tune is in active it just ringing like normal, i am maintaing above Rs.50 balance, i complainted about this to customer care they giving the answer only "WAIT SIR UNTILL IT COMES".
My complaint id is 391690, weeks are going but there is no result.
But one thing they did not forget to cut my Balance


i strongly recommend that "BSNL IS A MOBILE SERVICE"

I am Alaka Mohany requesting you to cancell the caller tone of my mobile[protected] as I am not able to get it removed in spite of my best efforts.I dont need any default tune in future and illigal diduction from my balance on that plea.It amounts to a fraud.
