[Resolved]  BSNL — Remove CALLER TUNE

Sir,
plz remove caller tunes from my postpaid ([protected]) mobile.I had sent
the Unsubscribe message to 56700...but it is not going there..Msg sending
failed is coming.Plz do remove it from ur side only.

If you want to deactivate your caller tune by SMS. Send UNSUBSCRIBE to 56799 .It's toll free & also woking. With in 5 minutes you recieve a sms for our request processed. Sending SMS to 56700 is chrgable Rs.2/sms. So it's beeter to go with SMS to 56799

I have send a sms to remove caller tune frm my mobile to 56700.& I also got the msg from 56700 regarding the confirmation of removal of caller tune, But still the caller tune exists & every month my balance get deducted due to this.Moreover i have never activated for any caller tune but it got activated on its own!!!
KINDLY CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

my name is Virendra Shukla and my mobile number is [protected]. I want to remove my caller tune now and several times sent massage viz. UNSUB ALL to 56700.But due to some unknown reason massage is not being sent.
So I request you to please remove my caller tune with immediae effect.
i have spent more money, trying to remove the caller tune...
tried the customer care...which is obviously...no use...!!

bsnl cell one hyd circle — so many msgs

from 10th sept 20009 i am receiving msgs of same text many number of times. repeated msgs are being received in my cell phone causing lot of disturbance and memory problem. kindly rectify this

To remove caller tune sms BT DCT to 56700 but u r minimum balance should be greater than 50 RS AFTER SMS (SMS charge 2 RS) so minimum balance 52 RS

ON MY MOBILE NO -[protected] .A RING TONE HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED WITHOUT MY DEMAND . ON TALK WITH CUSTOMER CARE ON-[protected] I KNOW THAT A CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR THIS RINGTONE DEACTIVATION

BSNL Pre-Paid — caller tune

Without my instance I have been forced with a caller tune to my cell phone no.[protected] which I am not interested. I am fearing I may be deducted the caller tune fee from my cell phone balance. I shall be greatful if the same disabled immediately.
