In the event of refusal of my SPEED POSt with A/D letter by your office I am resending the same to you with all attachment/communications & ask for your immediate reply stating about the steps taken by you in this regard(as detailed below)-------------------------------------------------

Despite receipt of my letter(dated 24.04.09, officially received by your Cossipore B.T. Road Office on the same date, demanding correction of your arbitory/incorrect as well as damaging bill for the period ‘Mar-09’issued in my favor amounting Rs.1973/=, due date on 28-04-2009, with no previous dues & outstanding whatsoever, with reasons clearly written therein) by .your office staffs who, hearing all such representations and subsequent receipt of the said letter dt.24.04.2009 refused to make any such corrections and on the contrary later on had compelled me to pay the entire billed amount (paid by united bank, college st. br. cheque no.408384) ignoring all such representations on my behalf at your different offices.
This is a matter of serious concern for which I demand for immediate REFUND OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT TAKEN ILLEGALLY, EXPLANATIONS FOR SUCH ILLEGEL ACT, AS WELL AS COMPENSATION FROM YOUR END AND PLEASE BE IT MENTIONED THAT YOUR REPLY SHALL BE COMMUNICATED to all competent authorities Including consumer forum and others for redressal of my grievances including compensation for the damages i.e. physical, mental & otherwise caused to me by such daeliberate, harassing act on your part.

I was given a broadband connection through my telephone 25829228 and as in line with the Indian scenario and practice somebody else had the liberty of using my broadband connection without my knowledge, (it's easy with the Calcutta Telephones/BSNL practice) and I had been billed which I refused to pay.

I could not change my password through the system and after thousands of telephone calls to Calcutta Telephones/BSNL somebody from Calcutta Telephones came to change my password.

He could not do it either, implying the fact somebosy had been using my line. He had to make few calls to have it disconnected from the server and my bills skyrocketed.

My telephone and as well the broadband connection was disconnected by Calcutta Telephones sometimes in July 2007.

And I still continue to get bills.

This to me is fraudulent.

The matter has been referred to judiciary and who cares in Calcutta Telephones/BSNL with guaranteed pay cheques?

My replies to some Bhubaneshwar Prasad with local glorified title DGM continues to send bills even today.

This I call harassment and carelessness of glorified title holders of Calcutta Telephones/BSNL.

Stop this harassment.

This is subjudice and I suggest like all civilzed countries these people should be on "hire and fire" system.

Fraud and harrassment must be stopped.

Why they (Calcutta telephones/BSNL) practice this with all Indian VIPS and glorified title holders of India ?

This is to inform that I shifted telephone(25552391) to Mandal Ganthi and got new no. 25250418 since March, 2009. But surprisingly I cntinue to get the telephone bill in old no.& at old address. So, it is my request to to make correction at the earliest.Thanking You,

I have the honour to inform that, I was on roaming and your
Department disconnected my Mobile phone No 9433077980, for which,
I become very much harassed and my all the link from my concerned
person had been breaked down . However after return back at Kolkata
I immediately deposited the bill amount but however still I have not been provided the out going facilities. It is therefore requested to take strict action and fix the responsibilities of the defaulter.

Fraudulent Billing - BSNL

For the telephone number # 0141 - 2651159, I got BSNL broadband net connection on 24th October 2009. I applied for 750 Home Unlimited plan, according to which i was entitaled for unlimited uses for freeper month. The first bill was paid by me on time. But for second month BSNL billed me Rs/- 14, 402. I found this amount too much according to my plan so I submit the application for the revised bill. I registered my complain on BSNL customer care as well.

Without solving the problem BSNL again sent me the Bill of Rs/- 4745. And then BSNL cut down my outgoing, incoming and internet sevices. and on date BSNL claims that I've used Rs/- 26, 000 INR that is impossible with the plan i've applied.

I need a solution for the same.
 
I have given a cheque for two months -Apr and May for the telephone bill.But only April bill has updated and its shown as PAID.But I paid bill for the month of MAY too and from my BANK the amount is deducted too..So why its not reflected as PAID for maonth of MAY.
For the month of JUNE they have charged LATE fine too.Now I dont have Contact No. so that I can contact to BSNL officers regarding this.So please tell me the remedy how can I correct it?
 
CALCUTTA TELEPHONE HAS WITHDRAWN THEIR TELEPHONE SERVICE ON THE BASIS OF UNPAID BILL. WHILE THERE IS NO UNPAID BILL PENDING. THE LAST BILL RECEIVED FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE09, THE LAST DATE OF PAYMENT IS 29 JUNE 09
 
My broadband connection is disconnected from 15th june 2009, and after repeted
request and complains the connection has not been fixed as yet.Even after your
intimation the local exchange is quite slack about it . I am sorry to say but the
people here are completely irresponsible and worthless who could not fix the problem
even after 1 month and the SDE Mr.S.K.Mukherjee is constantly bluffing me and
withdrawing my docate even when its not fixed.The phone wire needs to be changed as
the error is 676 or needs to checked through a filter but he is trying to prove that
my CPU is not ok while I have checked it and its working completely fine at a friends
house having same dataone connection and even the modem is working just fine.
As because I repect you and know that u are a perfect gentleman so I'll be waiting till
wednesday failing which I shall be forced to move to the Consumer forum for justice.

only, of the Telephone No: 2257-1646 – In the bill for May, 09, BB Fixed
monthly charge included again – Attention is being drawn in the matter –Excess
amt, ( paid ), to be adjusted by the next bills – Request for:

In kind attention to our abovecited letter, duly received, by your office on 24..04.09, wherein we have stated for the cancellation of Broadband service against the said telephone, because of non-availability of service from the very beginning of April, 2009, despite of several requests. Unfortunately an amt. of Rs. 700.00 has been charged in the bill of April & May, 2009 as BB fixed charge.

However, these two bills have already been paid in due time and on the contrary the excess amt. paid, please be adjusted in the next bills. Xerox cops. of paid bills and acknowledgement of your receipt of our letter, regarding cancellation of BB service only, are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.

Your sincere co-operation may kindly be solicited in this very particular matter.

Our no. is 24225388 & the company's name is M/S AEROCLUB.
Due to pending bill our line was discontinued.


Now the payment has been done For bill dated 9/6/09 of months Apr to May. It was done 2 days back on 21 June 09.

I would reqest you to open the line immediately as we share a good relation with BSNL for years.

Actually we are facing lot of commercial problems & we are not able to swipe credit cards in the shop.
So Kindly get it on immediately, & let us not suffer for a small mistake, as our past credit record has been good.

Sir I have submitted money on 11th but there is no information from salt lake bsnl office, please check, customer number 0108200900069, work order no. SLM/N/GG/09-10/0655 and today got my connection only for 1 hour and then again disconnected, why is so much problem in BSNL?

I haven't yet received my telephone bill for the month of July 2009. By the by I have deposited the bill amount by collecting a copy bill from cyber cafe .Please look into the matter and arrange to send original bill in time so far we can deposit bill within due date. Late receive bill is now a common matter at our locality. You intervane to this matter can releif us. Expecting your best co-operation.

Dear Sir,
My Telephone No. is 033 2557 2658 and my address is 30P/ 2, H. K. Sett Lane, Kolkata 700 050. This is to inform you that my mother is 76 and her health condition is acute. As she is not at all friendly to Cell Phone, we have to depend much on land-line telephone.
But the same is out of order since 14 August' 09 and in between the line is activated to normalcy but only for a while (may be for 4/ 5 hours) and again becomes defunct. And I am receiving Docket Nos. in succession. My last Docket No. is E6317 booked on 31.08.2009.

Today I went to the Cossipore Telephone (2557 Exchange) and met Mr. S. K. Banerjee, Sr. S.D.E. (North & Central). Shri Banerjee informed me that recently in our locality (H. K. Sett Lane) CESC had done some work and they have damaged the cable line. And it will be difficult to restore the line early.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and please instruct the concerned Authority to take prompt action.

Expect a positive action towards the matter.

Error in Billing - Calcutta Telephones

Dear Sir,
My Telephone Bills are paid through ECS for the last 7 years. The bill for the month of August 2009 is showing an outstanding amount of Rs.454.00 towards the BILL DATED 07/03/09. Perhaps this pertains to Bill for the month of Feb 2009 which is found paid by the bank [SBI GOLPARK] on 30/04/2009. The actual amount is Rs.477.00 paid by the bank.
