[Resolved]  BSNL — Cannot resolve ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED

Similarly for economicalhost.com and many more which are live websites which cant be reached i am using BSNL EVDO connection, this issue arrives2 days back still not resolved by BSNL staff . They say their services are working fine where many importnat weblinks like allahabadhighcourt.in etc are even not opening , i tried with my friends BSNL connection too still same error very poor service since few days..
Is this QOS what BSNL commits.?
