[Resolved] BSNL / CellOne — Out going calls barred

Dear Sir, I have purchased one sim card prepaid with No: [protected] and the same was put on my cell phone and the same got activated after 3/4days time. Now the same has not permitting any outgoing calls. When ever i dial any no. i am getting the recored voice stating that all the out goings call are debarred. This matter I have informed to the supplier and also communicated the customer compliant. From there also the same reply I am getting. It is more than 25days and there is no response from anyone in this matter. Will any one look into this matter and solve the same. Thanks and regards K.Chandrasekaran Was this information helpful? i am Abdul Gafoor using cell o0ne post paid card but from last 5 days my out going calls are barred the reason is due for last month bill. but i have paid bill due date is 23/10/2010 i have paid the bill before 9 days that is 14/10/2010 . invoice no is[protected] cheq. no. 663093 my cell no. [protected] it is paid in TARAPURE BSNL OFFICE.
