[Resolved]  BSNL (CellOne) — Remove caller tune

dear sir,
my name is Rabi Sankar Bhattacharya, I am from nutanpalli, bolpur, dist:Birbhum.I want to unsubscribe bsnl caller tunes from my number [protected] & so I tried to contact customer care but I cant contact with BSNL customer care due to network problem & then I send message to 57600 but the message was not delivered so now I am in big trouble because i could not remove caller tune from my cell so if you kindly draw your kind attention to this matter & try to unsubscribe the caller tune from my number [protected] as soon as possible then I shall be greatful.
