[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Signal problem

Hi, I am a old client of Bsnl, Ichanged plans and sims but had signal problems, until lately around a year back i had non.I have sent sms to 54141, got a sms back that bsnl sales team wil get back to me soon.Lets wait and see the response time of Bsnl.

I have the cellone prepaid conection but only problem is network problem.
In village area the network of most of all companies are good, but BSNL Sabse Kharab hai
The Full form of BSNL (bhai shab nahi lagega)
& my one more question is why BSNL not give good traif plan in comprasion to private companies
I think in future BSNL cannot stand in front of their rivals

I am to report that my bsnl number [protected] in a. P is facing serious signal problem. What is interesting is i have another bsnl number which never faces any signal problem at all.
When i contacted the customer care to tell about it they asked me to send an sms signal to 54141. The reply came saying that the cc will contact me discuss the matter. As they still did not contact or improve the signal, i thought of porting this number back to its original network airtel after two days a lady executive called me and asked why i wanted to port out of the bsnl and i described the problem of poor signal for this number. She too asked me to sms signal to 54141 and i resent the sms.
What i want to know is why the bsnl has different signal levels for two different numbers at the same place?
I also want to know how can bsnl serve this way without bothering about the reported problem. If i still plan to port my number into another network, it will be on account of the bad service of the bsnl and they should leave it to me.

Signal problem is from Last 3 months, no body attending at my office, we are facing lot of problems, we are loosing our business, please kindly clear this problem as soon as possible, in case within 3 days complaint not clear we will go to other net work. our office Add-83/A MIGH, APHB, Vengalrao nagar

Hi, I am staying at besant nagar, chennai 600 090. It is suppose to be posh locality but the bsnl signal is very poor. We are facing this problem only from last 4 or 5 months. Previously there was absolutely no problem. I would request the bsnl officials to take the complaint seriously and sort it out at the earliest.

I am very sorry to inform that In my village ayanwin Po dhamrol teh bhoranj distt hamirpur himachal pradesh pin 177024 in our village there may be more than 100 bsnl mobile connection but very sorry to inform inspite of informing local exchange their is very bad SIGNAL most of customer changed connection to Air tel and other thinking to change. so please improve signal problem or we are ready to give land for tower if required by department.

BSNL is giving good coverage at my place but whenever it rains i am losing my signal not even one bar even when the wind waves a bit more i am losing coverage...being a government product u r unable to give us better quality signal i am definitely gonna change my BSNL landline and 6 of my BSNL mobile numbers to any other service provider

My mobile No [protected] I had visited Badnur Village in Mudhol taluq Bagalkot district in Karnataka State India . Ihad xperienced no communication from[protected] to
[protected] of BSNL services .In earlier visits I had been not experienced such problems. The people living in that village are experiencing no signal or No signal since from the installation of some other than BSNL companies . So any concerned authorities do mind to rectify the signal problem.

There is very good signal of 2G in my locality, but very poor signal of 3G . Please increase the coverage area of tower.

BSNL Signal very poor.
I am staying in Kaveri layout, Halashallai, Varthur, Bangalore.
BSNL Signal is very weak.Not able to use Data Service. Internet connection is very poor in that area. Please take necessary steps

when gov emp trying work then only Indian become great India.
3G signal permitted to 1 KM, 2G signal permitted to t2 KM but actually it should be 10 KM and 15 KM min .
we tried since 10 Year about 2g signal call drop but not solved no and simply closed those all complaint.
i don't know about other country . what ever we are getting is less from gov, is only related to quality of response and about any other.
We all are using bsnl because we are trying over best to improve..

I am vey much interesting to use BSNL network but now the signal problem is more, I tried to call to customer care but that itself not reaching to customer. this is repeating from 7 months on wards. I send a signal to 54141 but of no use, what I have to do if this will continues ...

Pease kindly attend my complaint of our bsnl tower not working properly. I am register complaint in nearest bsnl exchange office Patan, Tal- Patan, Dist – Satara, STD Code – 02372. But this office employee not solve this problem. His ignore our complaint. My town mobile tower service stop on more than one month. I am register my complaint online and online first complaint docket No was MHR/CO/2017/4574 and second complaint docket No is MHR/CO/2017/4883.But you are not take any action for my online complaint registration.
So I am request you to solve my town Mobile tower problem.
