sir, i paid my postpaid cellone bill online through onlinesbi for the first time. I didnt get the receipt and i really dont know how to retrieve the receipt and view it also. please guide me. anyway iam excited to have paid online for the first time.

BSNL / CellOne — my sim is not working

when i inserted the sim card in my phone the message shows `SIM CARD CRASHED` `SIM CARD ERROR` i did`t know what is the problem please tell the problem, I will cantact the c.care yesterday they says we did`t have a proper information on that type of problem, cantact the bsnl officeplease tell the problem. thanks

BSNL online portal (for making post paid mobile payments) is very erratic. I have been paying online for the past 2 years but never it has been smooth operation. Errors such as "time out" session expired - re-login" etc., does appear frequently. Also, the server of BSNL is very slow and after payment we are not able to view the receipt for 2 or 3 days. Somebody has to seriously rectify the problem and ensure that customers do pay off their bills n a smooth and user friendly manner. I am yet to view the bill of May 2009. Today is already 17th June 2009.

BSNL — error in mobile bill

I am a usser of bsnl postpaid mobile of j&k circle my complaint is that the call barring charges in my last bill is double . My mobile no. is [protected] & my account no.[protected] . Now i have paid the full amount shown in this bill i.e, Rs,1207. Pls correct this as soon aspossible

my mobile no. is [protected], this is postpaid number. every month i paid the bill after due date. in the next bill i have additional charge for late fee Rs 10/.but november month i have additional charge Rs 100/.add in the bill. i don't know for what reason i pay another 100/ rupees.
