Poor customer care service

For cellone mobiles there is only one number 9400024365 for Chennai customer care. I contacted the number regarding my cellone GPRS configuration which was disconnected following the software upgradation in my mobile NokiaN95. They directed me to another number 24955925. I found no one is lifting the number then again asked the CC they gave 24953717, in that after 15 mts try I got and who attended the call noted my particulars and my mobile model and told me 'will call after 30mts" . Three days gone no one called yet or even lifting the phone. May be they went on Pooja holidays, but who is to take care of the customer is not known. The quality of signal is also bad and mostly we do not get good quality in speech thro mobile.

I have a cell one mobile no. 9444148889. However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care Chennai. My caller tune service are being charged for last the 02 month while i have never consented for this. I have sent messages on 56700 for numbers of times but it says "YOUR REQUEST IS ALREADY PENDING". Neither I am being given facility discontinue or continue this facility for the last three month. Kindly bring this fact to your senior officials who ever is compitant for this redressal and advice accordingly to me.

i have a cell one connection . sometimes i send sms to my friend in abroad that message got there as a error message and repeat message on many many times.this network complaint or phone complaints? pls send reply

I am having a cell one mobile no. 9444903634. However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care Chennai. teh complaint not yet rectified. BSNL imforming self as a nationwide big servise provider . yes it is true. but BSNL cant able t oprovide teh servise at indoor, its service reached up to open upstairs of my home.

I request BSNL to provide INDOOR service. Every time while i make or receiving the call i have t ocame out of the house.
I feel ashame of this while BSNL is feeling or not.

After a repeated reminder still BSNL cant rectify this problem.If not able to provide teh serive why BSNL can functioning " can close teh Cellone servise".

I have a cell no 9448073232 and a second sim on the same connection 9449803232(post paid connection ). I have lost the second sim 9449803232 for which I contacted your customer care people where in their behaviour was not proper and I have to call for more than 15 to 20 times and 3 to 4 persons talked to me and told me to put up the complaint in the police station regarding the indecent behaviour of them. ie., is your customer care people. I would like to know that is this the way the cellone treats its customer. Secondly I would talk to the person who is incharge at my district head quarters regarding your cellone post paid division. I was mentally harrassed by your customer care people In fact it should be customer harrassement agency I am very much annoyed regarding this. You could kindly get the details how many times I have called your cc people and how long it took them to talk to me every time and what all conversation took place acrosss us from 9:50 pm to 11:10 pm. I am expecting an earlier reply regarding this.

Every time while i make or receiving the call.
For what purpose do u having the customercare number. Stupit care. Pls dnt inform this customer care number to all. I feel ashame of this while BSNL is feeling or not.

worst Customer Service cant reach customer care after 5'o Clock.
Today from my account, money has been deducted, for this no information from there side.
very very worst service if some money is deducted, the customer should be intimated before deduction or after deduction but no such things is happening.
i just want to know one thing - are they giving us free service r wat -
really felt very bad by being a customer of such service

Cust Care people say they will fix problem in 24 hrs n we will call u back. but that never happens even after 120 hrs.(I have experinced it.). Nowadays I dont believe them.
They bully customers.
I hate talking to them.
They are always in hurry to disconnect call without hearing full complaint.

complain no 3425092 were not shorted out it was regarding charged on toll free number while talking to custemer care by Mb no 9470309930 dated 09-02-2009.Again today dated 17-02-09 at 0810 same thing happend on my connection no-9431501429.Please pay back my money, and pay attention to to this inconvenient

I have a cellone pre-paid connection of Sahibganj (JHARKHAND) vide no.9471132819. On 8. 4 .09 I sent a message to 53733 for activation of gprs. On several calls to customer care settings were sent to my phone on 9.4.09 but it has not been activated as yet. Persons on duty at customer care at different times give cotradictory replies. Now they disconnect their phone whec I try to contact them. Such is the service of customer care.

I am holder of telephone connection no. 9463524476 I had adopted for Rs 1100/- planin Jan-09. I wanted to have the facility of two free or 10 paise call numbers for that one of the Samsung mobile dealer did the SMS for me of two numbers 01812401252 and 01874276092 . the 1st land line no. was activated soon . I didn't knew that where as one should be mobile no. the activated no. I have come to know that the other can be got activated after expiry of 6 months. The land line no. worked for some days nicely but from last 15 days it is not working . It is said that call can't be made at this moment. This is the condition through out the day. then what is the use of if I have to pay 49 paise on the no. that I have got freed. Please see into the matter so that I can make calls properly at 10paise. and also intimate the procedure to get two no. free after 6 months.

i have recharged sms power booster card for Rs.33 but for each sms 80 paise is deducted, how to activate that recharge card, i think that offer is withdrawn but in the shops they are selling by saying that we have to inform the customer care so that it will be activated for our number.

At present my GPRS connection on mobile is already active. I have China Mobile(ALFATEL H1).My problem is that my email id is not open.I also contect on Helpline no, but every time different answer are given by help line no.My friend has also a china mobile and his gprs is working normal.He had got setting from help line centere.I follow up for gprs setting last 30 days, but no possetive reply from help line .

I had logged a complain on 29-04-09 complain no. 3026937 at centre after several call they have not attended. On 13-05-09. I was able to get connected to Ms Hamita Senior CSA. She talked polity and gave the assurance to get the incomming of sms from abroad will b done in 24hrs and the department will call me. I even asked her for a mail adress for putting the complain in writting but she beg excuse that we can't.
Where to go? It is just like breaking ur head with the wall. Bsnl should change their attiude.
Also there should b a mail addres to complain.

The BSNL services in all over India provided top class worst services in mobile world .
i surprise why people select this poor services where no customer care, no guarantee of call connectivity and not any responsible authority in Administration to listen the public complaint .

I have a cell one mobile no. 9433786187.Last one month we are facing some network problem in our area.For exam..when the mobile phone in the room, then no any network in my phone.no incoming calls are received and no outgoing calls are sending, massages, e-mails, mms are total failed.Unfortunately, when a call received by phone, immidate this is call cutt off.this problem not only mine, but also others problem in this area.

respected sir/madam
i am a saral annant prepaid customer.
presently i have free sms balance which was recharged from the RS 23 free sms voucher.
the sms validity ends on 18th july!
but during somedays when i am sending sms to some kolkata cell phones, RS 1 is being deducted from my main balance, per sms!
i complained about this problem several times to the kolkata bsnl customer care centre but no steps have been taken till now!
I hope you would do the needful and solve the problem as latest as possible!

Wrost service ever I saw. Please make BSNL complete private.
