[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Poor customer care service

For cellone mobiles there is only one number [protected] for Chennai customer care. I contacted the number regarding my cellone GPRS configuration which was disconnected following the software upgradation in my mobile NokiaN95. They directed me to another number 24955925. I found no one is lifting the number then again asked the CC they gave 24953717, in that after 15 mts try I got and who attended the call noted my particulars and my mobile model and told me 'will call after 30mts" . Three days gone no one called yet or even lifting the phone. May be they went on Pooja holidays, but who is to take care of the customer is not known. The quality of signal is also bad and mostly we do not get good quality in speech thro mobile.

My number is [protected]. For the past one year all my incoming and out going calls gets cut in the middle of talk or will not be connected due to net work fail/busy. I have reported to your call center but no use. Very poor service. Could you rectify the same or shall I change to some other operator.
Unwanted services are activated on my NO. [protected] ..This is the second time in this month that services are activated... Plz activate DND and Deactivate all the unwanted services .. And donot activate any additional service in future without my wish...
Bsnl tower not working properly last two year in sivasakthi building k k nagar west chennai I have given lot of complaint .no use, now tower does not work power cut time but now very week signal last two days .please take needful action.by

BSNL CellOne — Subscription to music station

The company(BSNL- cellone) has deducted Rs.30/- from my balance against subscription to Music station which I have not activated or asked for(Ph;[protected]). This is a type of cheating and please arrange to refund the amount to my balance.
Please provide Bsnl customer care number for cellone in tamilnadu hosur circle.
The hosur circle cellone service is very poor. No one is there to attend the complaints. Bsnl office says it is unable to attend mobile complaints. our area is just 1 km from the exchange, the department is refusing to provide land line connections and broad bandconnections, stating lack of connectivity cables. When all private players are ready, bsnl is hesitating to provide good service. Can any one provide the cellone cutomor care number for tamilnadu circle.
I am having a cell one post paid connection ([protected])and using it for more than 8 years thopugh there are so many interruptions during this period. But to day the net work has suddenly failed since 1500 hrs and this is 1830 hrs BSNL did not care about the problem. Is any official is BSNL IS AVAILABLE TO SHOULDER THIS RESPONSIBILITY ?

My mobile no. [protected] is Cell-one prepaid and I was using ISD calls on this. But today, it was responding to contact customer care. On 123 I got customer care # [protected] which does not work. I called on1503 but even waiting for more than 10 minutes twice the customer care supervisor was not connected. I tried [protected] but still not succeeded to contact with Customer care sup. I urgently required to ISD facility.
I have send SMS to 53733 -HELP ACTISD and got confirmation but still ISD is not allowed.

Pls help me out to get this facility.

BSNL CellOne — please block my sim services

BSNL CellOne — How to unsubscribe the chat messenger service

I have got a message that subscription for chat messenger service will be renewed tommorrow. send NODAT ton unsubscribe. Rs 15/ sub I m getting this message for so many months but never goes n they deduct the money. I m not at all using this servie. Plz help how to unsubscribe it.

BSNL CellOne — No or BAD network since last 2 days

I am in pune circle using BSNL postpaid. My cellphones network is vey pathetic. Network is very fluctuating, it is sometime available and many time it is not. 05th Feb onwards and still facing. Very pathetic service by bsnl. They should atleast inform consumer about on going problem

I have been repeatedly trying to contact your people but NO USE. They are deducting in the name of JOKES pack which I have never opted for. Whenever I tried to contact Your cell one helpline number [protected] I get a message
that the number is not in use. Is this the way you treat your customer..? If this continues you will have to lose customers and we will be forced to take legal action. So do needful to stop this deduction

Previously I used to get an alert stating certain amount has been deducted from my balance amount to get the validity of the SIM extended.
It seems this is discontinued now. I am of 75 years of age and find it a bit of a problem to go out to get some of my works done.
I have enough balance in my account WRT to the above stated cell One account, approximately Rs.600/+. Will Bsnl utilise from this and extend the Validity of my cell No.[protected] for next one year, that is up to December 2015?
