[Resolved] BSNL Cellone — Poor customer care service | |
For cellone mobiles there is only one number [protected] for Chennai customer care. I contacted the number regarding my cellone GPRS configuration which was disconnected following the software upgradation in my mobile NokiaN95. They directed me to another number 24955925. I found no one is lifting the number then again asked the CC they gave 24953717, in that after 15 mts try I got and who attended the call noted my particulars and my mobile model and told me 'will call after 30mts" . Three days gone no one called yet or even lifting the phone. May be they went on Pooja holidays, but who is to take care of the customer is not known. The quality of signal is also bad and mostly we do not get good quality in speech thro mobile. Was this information helpful? | |

CellOne Prepaid - Vennela Plus — unwanted SMS from 53030
unwanted messages from 53030This is my second complaint. I am the user of mobile no [protected]. I have lodged a complaint on 19.01.2010 regarding unnecessary deducting money from my mobile prepaid account by +53030005. They used to send unnecessary messages and unwanted questions. They further stated that they are renewing my subscription for AFACT5TOLLY5 pack and deducted a sum of Rs. 5/-. Earlier also they deducted Rs.15/- from my mobile account. I have never been a subscriber for the above pack and I cannot understand how they can steal money from me like this. Is there anyone to look into this matter?

I have a cellone mobile.(No.[protected]). I did not subscribe any service on my own but many service was subscribing automaticaly and money deducted from my account. Example- Loveology service. On Dt. 24.03.2010 Time- 13.49 I got a message thank you for using loveology service and amount of Rs. 30 has been deducted.
