BSNL / CellOne — Deduction Of Balance | |||
Myself Rajeev Kumar , I have two bsnl sim & bsnl network is very week in my village so on night we switch off our bsnl when we switch on the next morning we got one-one messages in both mobiles that "Thank you for using value pack service. You have been charged Rs 10." When we call C Care they told us that you respond one call from company at 7:28 am on 7june. Sir please tell me how we recieve a call when our mobile is switch off & by Rules of TRY no call & message from company during 10pm-9am. Myself Mangpu Khongsai. Since 25th Oct 2012, Rs.10/- is automatically cut from my balance after every three days. A msg came from 54646 saying "Thank you for using Value Pack Service. and you have been charged Rs. 10". When i call the customer care, they said they will cut, but till now its still active; thereby deducting huge amount from my balance. Please do something. My number is "[protected]".
