BSNL Cellone — POOR SIGNAL/ VOICE CRACKING

verypoor signal. When all other service providers offer a better service, I fail to understand why you are not able to provide a good service in spite of more men at service and having a very good infrastructure. Will you please improve the signal

There is lot of network problem in our area and voice breaking/cracking and the quality of service is very poor. this problem is appearing not only in bsnl mobile but landline too. before two months the network was too good but now-a-days we are so much suffering bcoz of this problem & order the employees of bsnl exchange that they use generater when the electricity is not available.
so we request you to plz solve my problem.

here 4 mandalr(s r puram,k nagaram,palasmudram,vedurukuppam)bsnl signal is tooo low. other netwok is toooo better. broblem is not solve.
