BSNL / CellOne — Humshakal service | |||
I have a BSNL mobile connection (No. [protected]). A very useless and worse service of BSNL named HAMSAKAL SERVICE has somehow been activated in my number. I have sent the deactivation sms for several times. But all are in vein. the service has not been deactivated and I am bearing the expense for this service very unwillingly. I have repeatedly called the BSNL customer care. But they are not taking any step to stop the service. I am just fade up with such a carelessness. Am using bsnl sim ([protected]) one of the worst service in india. actually that i had activated the HAMASAKAL SERVICE unknowingly after that i tried many times to contact customer care service but i did't get any response from them and i moved to nearer bsnl office for deactivate the service it successed.
After the 10 days again they have started to charge for that deactivated service.
so I hope you will help to deactivate this HAMASAKAL SERVICE.
