[Resolved]  BSNL — Change of plan without my permission

Respected Sir,
This is Apanjot Singh. I am using BSNL broadband service from last 2 years land-line number[protected] before 6 months broadband plan has been changed automatically
I have made written complaints regarding this problem 3 time to customer relation manager of my area but my problem is not solved yet.
please help me.
