BSNL — changes that takes place in plan

tis s my mobile no [protected] my problem s till oct 31 2012 my mobile was in the plan named as NESAM & then on nov 1 2012 my mobile plan changed to CNI PER SEC several times i tried to contact bsnl customer care but i received an computer voice saying that that i[censored] have low only u can speak with customer care.so i request you to take immediate action on tis & make me to return to NESAM PLAN .thank u
