MY landline number is[protected] . I have submitted the request to CS office in Avadi excnage on 3rd of december for a local shift of my landline from J.B estate st 24 to 3rd st from 7th december.
I was directd to the sub exchange (N.M road exchange) for the same where the form was colected & There was no order raised or refernce number provided for my request. On continous followup i was handlied negligently and with out respect. There were many excuses like line fauilty no availbel circuits etc etc
later one day i heard that they could not find my form of request on 3rd january so resumbitted the request again on 3rd jan, for which i mandated them to provide a reference for which they have given a acknoledgement slip.
It is beign now 11th january still no form of action is beign taken or no progress of reques beign hadnled.
I now had to pay my BILL for the month of december including teh commited brad band charge of 900 +tax.
This is the worst service of NM raod branch and this happens every time for any complaint/request.
NOTE : The same is complained via leter to AE - Rajendran (3times)as well as DE (1 time) but no use same excuses.
If the same continues BSNL needs to compensate for the loss and trouble incurred on us.
