my name is p.anand kumar reddy my mobile no is [protected]. at[protected] i had activated mobile chit chat without activation,and i have charged RS.30/- i have given complaint to customar care and response from customar care .and they have deactivated services and money has not refunded.please check the status and please refund my money as soon as possible

have charged RS.30/- (for lost two months).They have deactivated services and
money has not refunded.please check the status and please refund my
