[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — network,service related,customer care

There is a major problem in BSNL kolkata network.The major concern for the same is Dumdum.No authority is bothered to check out the problems.There is a major problem of network fluctuation in
station area.There is also call drop problem.Being a Government Telecom company the issues should
be checked and the problem should be resolved at the earliest.There are some local numbers where the call rates are being deducted as STD and the numbers like 9154 are airtel numbers in West Bengal.
Even call conferencing service and call divert facility is not available for all subscribers from BSNL.
Where BSNL has launched 3G technology the same is expected that current mobile service should be
improved. And last but not the least the BSNL authorities should check the quality of resolutions provided by the customer care executives which is really a very dark side of the service.

BSNL — amount deduction on incoming SMS service

From last 2 months charges are deducted directly on incoming SMS, or without making any call I got alert that 0.26 rupees are deducted. I call on [protected] replied as wrong number for customer care. Pl solve immediately otherwise I will file court case against BSNL.

I am a BSNL Customer having BSNL EV-DO No :- [protected]. But Last 4 Months December 2011 to till date 24/03/2012 EV-DO Service at Bandipora Kashmir has been totaly closed (Cut) the Signal at evening 8:00 pm to Morning 10:00 Am to save fuel for our packets. We are suffring lot of problems to this Service . They are not making a good service for our Bsnl EV-DO Bandipora.
Please Check the Service and make the action of defalters. That is your most Kindness.

I reside in Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Engineering Area (Near Sant Tukaramnagar Police Station) and severely suffering from giant problem of poor network connectivity. I had lodged complaints towards your side for several times via calling BSNL Customer Call Centre. All those executives intimated me about the successful reclamation of this problem. But the problem still persists. I am regularly facing this problem since I have purchased first card (year 2004 onwards). Also, the regular downloading speed for my 3G Data Card is at max of 25 Kbps (in actual which should be maximum 7.2 Mbps). Moreover, I received many calls from the mobile number [protected] asking for the current status of network connectivity problem. Moreover, I talked with Mr. Barde ([protected]), a BSNL Official of Chinchwad-Pune Cell, regarding this problem. According to him, he had visited our area and noticed the obstacles in our area. He said that the said complaint is forwarded from his side to the concerned higher official and the problem will be solved only after erecting one more tower in our area (which according to him will take around 6 months till 1st December 2012). But, still I am requesting you for a concrete solution for this problem.

BSNL internet is constantly giving trouble at Bobbili, Vizianagaram dist. When contacted the complaitnant BSNL
number, he gives another cell number asking the customer to contact another person. That cell number is not free to contact. Amount is to be paid to contact that cell number. That person does not respond . Only they receive the compalint and just keep silent. I wish to bring it to your notice to kindly see the grievene and solve the problem.

Secondly, my cell number [protected] amount is deducted suddenly saying that you have enjoyed monthly
masti, thank you . This mesage appears Pl see that I am not interested in such masti and see that no money is
deducted to my cell phone amount.
dear sir.i had a call from bsnl[protected] regarding free roming registration and as per the person called me there is NO CHARGE for the registration today.once again he promissed the FREE REGISTRATIOn and as per his advice i have sent sms to 56688 MAIL [protected]@gmail.com.BUT as soon as i sent i have received a sms the you have charges Rs.49/= and the amount deducted from my prepaid account.I have conduct the bsnl customer care but no body is responding to my question.
I HOPE BSNL ALSO CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMER. WE ARE WORKING FOR EACH AND EVERY PAISE AND NOT GETTING MONEY BY CHEATING ORHERS.

and also not able to contact the customer care as well

I want information about International Call Rates facility. Tried calling BSNL Customer Care no. 1500 at least a thousand times but in vain. I could never get the call through. Very sad state of affairs.

MTNL has a facility of dialling 1300 + U.S. no. to make an international call to the USA at a reduced rate. I would like to know whether BSNL landline has a similar option too.

I am a customer of BSNL and having mobile number [protected] but Basirhat Bhabla Dighi dhar in my home area very poor coverage .After many complain no network issue solve BSNL Basirhat main exchange of main officer S.D.O.T Basirhat .When make a call all call drop and mobile screen emergency call only so Sir please check and instruct to BSNL authority for solve the problem of consumer.
