[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — No response

Sir,
I tried to enquire about the router for the net connection. I made a call 3 times to the customer care no. 1500, after excecuting the menu options the call is not answered. They are picking the phone and keeping it down without answering. At the same time the other p[hone in that office is ringing they are attending that phone. This is not at all good for such a big network.Very bad customer service.
Please instruct them to attend the calls.

This ppl are very ridiculous, we have to wait for 20 mins till they pick up and they behave very rude.
The customer care is in WB.They dnt even listen complete sentence and say "BSNL ME CALL KARNE KE LIYE DHANYABAD".What the hell are these ppl???Unknownly our balance is being deducted in the name of hello tunes service but no song is being played.
BSNL should look proper way to train these ppl so that we are being benefited.

yes bsnl ppl is very careless they don't know vaue of thier customer i m also suffering from last four month for a pri with did connection but they always give wrong indication even they don't know about thier procedure.true they are rude as well as useless

BSNL — NO support- no help numbers

I am BSNL broadband consumer- working at RCF Kapurthala. I am fed up with BSNL broadband...and do not know what I should do to get things right. I am paying my bills but gettting only mockery from the company.
Their 1500 number is always busy...seems they do not want to talk.
Their 1957 is also same way...
Local exchange does not pick up phones...and whome else we should contact ?

Sometimes I feel I should sue.

i humbly request u to see for this, a problem which occurs always with all bsnl mobiles, where the sms being sent is not delivering correctly, i feel it very bad to see so, sms service is the most imp but its not helping us more, pls turn and check it of andd pls help us to have the network batter and pla make us ur costomore throughout... awaiting for ur action

I called to the cust care of bsnl at 24march 2009 by[protected] & Italk with an executiveof cust care but unfortunately bill was deduce from my accont . when I see the the matter I call an cut care executive &say the matter & again the same matter was occured. Lastly I call an executive & ask that are you refund my money which was spent to call in cust care . HE replied "he has nothing to do ".Till i don't get my money.

i sk ali akhtar is using the mobile no [protected] connecting in the name sk abdur raquib i am recharge with 99 for GPRS on 11th apr and sen sms on 12th apr then on 14th apr & 20th apr but till now i am getting the GPRS connection. every day minimum 10 time i am calling to the caustomer care but i am not getting any benifite they said plz wait plz wait what is this .. some time they said that some gprs problem in orissa but some of my friend is using gprs
what is this sir i am unable to understand.i am already save the manual setting from caustomer care & also the setting which is send by the caustomber care ..sir when we will get conncted with gprs.. sir plz help me u can call on my no [protected] or [protected].. in ur caustomer care centure they r not taking proper acction about complain

i am prepaid customer of bsnl. on my number one sevice is activated then i call to customer care he/she told me is i have no information about our service and starting days i call c.care at least 10 times a days aevery person of c.care ask me the different solvtion. but no one solve my problem. before 3 month bsnl cut 30- rs per month but he never no what is the problem and who to solve it. i told to the teacher who teach the c.care fresher what he teach that person . he not able to solve one problem.

i hope after this complaint. bsnl give the way to dea activate this service.

BSNL Prepaid — call not completing orb connecting

I recharged my BSNL Prepaid mobile(mobile no [protected])with 399 rupees on 8th june 2009.the retailer told me that I can call any local BSNL number free of cost.I am calling all the numbers without any difficulty but when I am calling my home no(mobile no [protected]) my mobile is displaying "NETWORK BUSY" from 9th june 2009.I am calling the BSNL customer care almost every day from the day I recharged my mobile.The customer care executives are neither saying the way to solve the problem nor giving the time limit to solve it.Will not my problem be solved?If it is a system problem then why I can call my home(Relliance) number(mobile no [protected])without any difficulty?Is it because of calling with expence?Is the problem occuring due to "free of cost calling"?I had to recharge my relliance mobile (mobile no [protected]) to call my BSNL mobile & I had to recharge my BSNL mobile (mobile no [protected]) to make call to my home(Relliance) number(mobile no [protected]).
I have applied for a new landline connection on 12/06/2009 and was informed that i will get the connection within 2 days. But till date, the new connection was not provided..when contacted, they said instrument was not available . the details are as follows .. Request you to pls provide the connection with instrument as soon as possible.

BSNL prepaid mobile recharge:

I have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile, MH circle using The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd. online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Top-Up Facility through Internet Banking. Refill of Rs 55.0 TOP-UP on 27-jun-2009 at 03.30 PM & haven't received any refill as yet Today. Amount of Rs 55/- has been debited from my The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd. saving account.

I tried calling up the customer care on[protected], at least 25-30 times & could connect to the customer care after good eight hours of trying. (The so called Cust care is busy 24x7, than being available 24x7.)

After holding the line for 20mins (while being constantly subject to sad, repetitive music) the executive tells me that due to technical problems, he cannot help me. Please call later. (which in other words meant, I better forget my money.)

BSNL — Customer care complaint

My mobile no. is [protected], i wanted to activate GPRS on this no. but every time i tried there was the same message " Unable to send request to the router".
i complained to the customer care but after 1 week i am facing the same problem. and on contacting the customer care they give me same reply " please wait for 24 hrs"

kindly resolve my problem.

BSNL — NO CUSTOMER SUPPOR

BSNL WILL PROVIDE ONLY MINIMAL CUSTOMER SOPPORT. THIS SEEMS TO BE MANY BSNL EMPLOYEES ARE INDIRECTLY WORKING FOR THE PRIVATE TELECOM OPERATERS. IF WE LOG A COMPLIENT THEY WILL GIVE VERY LEAST PRIORTY TO THAT ONE . THUS ULTIMATLY DUE TO BAD SUPPORT PEOPLE WILL MOVE TO OTHER OPERATERS . ALWAYS BSNL COME WITH VERY GOOD OFERS . BUT ITS EMPLOYEES WILL DISTRORY AND HELP THE PRIVATE OPERATOR TO GROW . HERE I AM DOUBTING WHETHER THEY ARE GEETING THAT MUCH BRIBE FROM PRIVATE SECTOR .
