BSNL customer care - No response

Sir,
I tried to enquire about the router for the net connection. I made a call 3 times to the customer care no. 1500, after excecuting the menu options the call is not answered. They are picking the phone and keeping it down without answering. At the same time the other p[hone in that office is ringing they are attending that phone. This is not at all good for such a big network.Very bad customer service.
Please instruct them to attend the calls.

hello sir i faced a problem on 16 of sept 2009 ...i have given a written complint to the office sector 16 panchkula exchange ...but they did not give me a single response...my complaint is there is one sardar mr dhandi...he threatned to me i will kill u...i will throwout from the exchange ...he was using a very cheap language...
 
Dear sir,
for the last four months our landline phone has not worked, i have given a compliant for three times to the sector exchange DEVAKOTTAI, but they did not give me no response, this is not at all good good for such a big network, very bad customer service, please instruct them to attend the fault.

I, KANTILAL CHAUHAN, a customer of your BSNL Exel mobile (Perpaid Service) cell No. (9474907414) from Pandaveswar, Asansol, Dist Burdwan (W.B.), would like to focus your attention reguarding my problem with the GPRS setting.

I have activated my GPRS Plan of Rs. 125 on 10th Nov, 2009 and i was told that i will get 15 day free surfing but even after 9 days of recharge my GPRS has not been activated.

Sir, i call at BSNL Customer Care Service (1503) for setting on 10th Nov. at evening a i was told that there is a server proplem and they cannot activate my GPRS now and asked me to call them later. Later again on 11th Nov i call them for setting but due to some technical error it was not complete, the error message was "ONLY 70 SETS AVAILABLE" then "SETTING DISCARD".After that i again call them for setting for about 7-10 times. Every time they assured me that i will get the setting soon, but i didnt recieved any setting. Every call to them (BSNL Customer Care) was in vain. I repeatedly asked them for my complaint Number also but they did not gave me.

Later, On 13th Nov, I call the DGM(OP) (BSNL), Ph. No. 033-2242644 for the complain but he asked me to call at 033-23359900 and assured me that my problem will be solved soon. On calling to the given No. (033-23359900), the person in-charge told me that we do not hold any complain directly from customer. I also call to Asansol BSNL Office (9434000521 and 0341-2300303) for the complain.

Sir, i am feeling very sorry to say that even after calling and talking to so many authorities my complain for GPRS setting has not been solved. It is my kind request to please look into the matter and help me to get GPRS on my moblie.

I am Rajib Dhar, inhabitant of Krishnanagar, Dist-Nadia, Pin-741101.I have bsnl mob.no-9434504608, which is showing puk code.But when i try to contact with coustomer care at that time the connection autometically cut off, also I can not surfing gprs.I am suffering from this problemm for two days.
Therefore I request if you will solve this problemm, I will be oblige to you.

There is a major problem in BSNL West Bengal and Kolkata network. While talking with others, line got disconnected automatically.
The major concern is for last 4-5 months 'Missed call atert' facility is not working. I have lunched compalint with BSNL customer care but still now it is not working.
Last but not the least the BSNL authorities should check the quality of resolutions provided by the customer care executives which is really a very dark side of the service.

I, Mr. Sureshchandra Pradhan having prepaid mobile of ur network no. 9426347261 would like to complaint against no response given from the customer care department. I had activated the plan of 0.1 paise which deducts rs. 9 daily as a service charge. After that I sent the message for deactivation on 13/11/09 to 53733 and in response recd. the message that the scheme has been deactived odn 14/11/09. My complaint is that still todate service charge of rs.9 per day is been deducted from my balance. Against this i have complained and my complain no. is RL0700041 DT. 07/12/09. Also had a talk with mr. Kamelsh on the same date. Next day i had talked to mr. Chetan regarding the same. On 14/12/09 i had talked to khushboo who asked me to talk with mr. Parvez, the supervisor regarding the same problem. He again gave the new complaint no. RL1001211. But still today service charge is been cut. I recd. no help neither any response from your department. I want the refund of my amount from 14/11/09 to the day till this problem is not solved. I regret to inform u that this is my last try to solve the problem after this I am approaching to the consumer forum and also to the higher authourity to take action against the above mentioned personnel who are not atall giving any response to the customers complaints.

Iam Salma from Bangalore my mobile no is 9449342506. Im facing very big problem due to no network. I hv called customer care many times, I didn't got any proper response. Everytime they tell only one thing wait for 2 to 3 days your problem will get rectify. Iam facing this problem from past 3 months, countless time I have called tto customer care instead of answering for my questions they used hang the phone for more than half an hour or else disconnect the lines. Before 3 days also I have sent a mail regarding this problem till this no response I hv got, rightknow also there is no network in my phone. Kindly solve this problem at earliest.

BSNL customer care Complaint no is 5228788 dated 13.03.2010 & 5246667 dated 20.03.2010…..Problem not rectified (post paid connection) my problem is insert sim card in my mobile but showing registration failed . Pls. look into the matter

hello sir. I have pre-paid BSNL sim bearing mobile no:9448595579, under the plan of 49 paise per call. I have sent 2 numbers under friends & family plan.I have got the confirmation too. But the amount deducted per call for these numbers is again 49 paise. I made several calls to customer care(can check the call from my no. & also the duration). No one is responding & correcting the complaint. Who is responsible for this. I hope your goodself will go through this & along with solving the issue, will reimburse the amount to my no. Otherwise I am sorry I will be forced to knock the doors of consumer court.

HI, BSNL customer care people is very argent in nature dealing with customers. I have just spoke (2/Jan/2012 9.40PM) ) to a BSNL customer care executive Mr: Vamsidhar to raise a complaint for getting activated to unnecessary services without our notice.
Mr. Vamsidhar (BSNL customer case executive), instead of taking my complaint and helping me he is talking very rudely using bad words.
At first I started speaking to him very politely using words like Sir and because of his language Mr. Vamsidhar used, I lost my temper and asked to connect me to his manager. But instead of connecting me to his manager he disconnected my call. Also my purpose of calling customer care is not solved.
Now I want to make a complaint on him. Can any one let me know to which mail ID we can send a mail.

hello sir. I have pre-paid BSNL sim bearing mobile no:9439367241 & 9439367211, I want to delete mast pack & Hello tune respectively both numbers. But the amount deducted for mast pack 5/- and hello tune for 30/- per month. I made several calls to customer care(can check the call from my no. & also the duration). No one is responding & correcting the complaint. Who is responsible for this. I hope your goodself will go through this & along with solving the issue, will reimburse the amount to my no. Otherwise I am sorry I will be forced to knock the doors of consumer court.
