[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care, Chennai — No proper response

Dear Sir,

It is going to be 1 month i bought a BSNL topup for Rs 56/-. I tried to top up in my mobile number. but a message came as this voucher is invalid. Then i called several times for the customer care but there was no reponse and given a complaint number as 55143. but still no action is taken up.

Request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

my name is Samuel i bought bsnl land line, before 1month... on tht more than 10 days it s not working... and also in bsnl office in avadi they are not responding properly and also... its soo uncomfortable to us .. pls take actions on this center...immediately

I am trying to change my excel gold plan to general plan, but there is no proper response from bsnl. I regret very much for it. Kindly take necessary action.
I have complaint so many time over phone to customer care, he given that complaint no 88365821 one of the complaint, in meantime one call was came to me, he told i am je speaking that telephone no 28295999and he asked me what is your problem and i am tell my internet wireless password was not working so somebody using my internet so pl correct it. he told it some technical terms and it was not woring in my computer in meantime he told i will send person you give the modem and i will correct it. after 2hour i will call to him and nobody has come so pl you come and help me, he told it i am very busy i amn't come you bring your modem and correct it so I Lodged another complaint Till date no action has been taken and I have to pay the bill without using the facility, how fair is this???
It is a request to look into this matter.

I have complaint so many time over phone to customer care, he given that complaint nos are ch [protected], web/co/93302105, web/co/93302105. filed compliants regading sending sms to other networks. Sms is not delivered properly to other networks from my bsnl prepaid sim. Particularly to AIRTEL numbers. But other networks anyway its delivered by later.. But to AIRTEL network its not at all delivered properly..I'm using this regulary but sms is not all delivered properly. If i asked customer care repeteadly they are disconnecting my call though i'm not in travel. I'm paying Rs.50/- for every month towards subscription for sms. Till date no action has been taken and I have to pay the amount without using the facility, how fair is this???.. if you're not interested to cover other network means why you're providing sms free plans.. why should i continue in this sim though i'm not getting proper service from you.

It is a request to look into this matter.

It's 1 month time over, after i was provided with the Broadband and Landline Connections..

Today i got the bill.. the bill seems that i have used our broadband usage more than the 1.5 gb limit size.. i'm provided with 500c plan... and the bill is accordingly made with more usage Charges..

But my usage charges doesn't exceed the limit..

And i made a suggestion in Broadband Forum that i would pay "Discounted Annual Payment"; But i got a monthly bill...

I have been trying to reach Mobile Customer care line [protected] and [protected], but the interactive system is not functioning properly. When I choose the option 2 for English, I the Tamil version and even when I use the Tamil version it tells me that the option I chose is not valid. Please try to correc the system immediately.

I have also been trying to reach 1500 helpline, but it has been constantly busy since three days.

I have trying to reach the Mobile SMS billing dept, to request them to cancel Tunes Billing. I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR THE TUNES, BUT BSNL HAS DECIDED TO BILL ME.

PLEASE CANCEL THE BILLING IMMEDIATELY!!!]

I kept the BSNL landline and broadband in the 'safe custody' for 3 months. 2 weeks days back we contacted the BSNL Madipakkam, Chennai office to enable the connection back. Firtst they told that it will take 2-3 days. Then they told it will take a week. Then they told that they are looking in to it...We we to office againg... They told they have send their staff to look in to it.. We waited for another 2 days...We went back to their office to know the status. This time they told that the cables were cut. I dont under stand how the lines work in the next house if the cables were cut and also the same cable were working 3 months back and there there are not road diggings in our area/street.( Actually no road at all).

What do they need... Do they need any bribe? Whey they are delaying... This happens only in India expecially in GOVT services. Please improve the customer serivce and respond to customers. Really fedup with BSNL services... Now looking for packages in AirTel.

my name is s jothimani, It is going to be 9 days after tried for top up in my mobile number [protected] and [protected]at 11.55 am on 24/11/2010 through icici bank vide bill no[protected] and bill no[protected] for Rs.110/= and Rs.55/=respectively and the amount was debited from my icicibank a/c, but no message came regarding top up. Then i called several times for the customer care but there was no reponse and given a complaint . but still no action is taken up.

Request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
I availed bsnl broadband connection from Chennai Madipakkam about six months back. It took three months for me to get my land line through after getting the broad band connection. Moreover every month the service will go at least for one week, there wont be any response from the exchange immediately every thing will happen at their will and pleasure as if they are providing a free service. Of late in February 2013 I exercised three breakdowns and the latest is on[protected] which complaint id is:[protected] dtd.[protected], no action till date. The previous complaint was on[protected] which ID was:[protected]. It is very difficult to meet any authority to explain my complaint personally. If any customer oriented bsnl authority sees this mail request to do something to give trouble free service to me since I am paying for the dead service, this is only a desire since I cannot expect service from any government department.
