dear sir. It is very unfortunate that a few messagesare coming through sms to my mobileas Iam holding your Post paid service provided by BSNL. I repetedly complained to your customer service for seven days continuously but no protection was given to me or to stop the sms whichare coming nestily...my mobile nois [protected]. I hope you will solve the matterand do the needfulactionas tothat I will not be disturbed. . The messagesare coming from BV-ITIMES, but no mobile no or noaddressareavailable.at the end.
