I HAD TAKEN A CONNECTION OF DATAONE 500C PLAN ON 31 OCT. 2008.SAME DAY I CAME TO KNOW THAT I WAS NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING, SO I COMPLAINED OF IT ON 1 NOV. 2008. REPORT NO. IS 5402476.THEN ON 12 NOV. I FILED A NEW COMPLAINED. NO IS 5463533. BUT MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED OUT YET. I AM VERY DISAPPOINT WITH THE REACTION OF CUSTOMER CARE OF BSNL. Then i called a computer mechanic he formatted the window and made some setting in modem, he did the connection direct i.e., i need not have to put username and password to connect dataone.After few hours it got disconnected .I then made right click from my mouse and clicked connect.Soon the new created icon lost and all the lights of modem now glows continuously.
I asked BSNL to replace modem they refused to change it saying there is no warranty.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please give direction.
