BSNL — Dead of Landline phone last 2 month

i have bsnl Land-line connection and it is dead last two months.

My name is Pate Pravinbhai Somabhai and my landline no.[protected]. i want to complain you that my landline phone has been disturbed from last 2 month and for that reason i have complained many of times to Bsnl Exchange Kalol and Ahmadabad, but there is not any action taken by him .So I request you to give adviseas soon as possible.
