I have been noticing that BSNL has stared cheating with the customers. It used to deduct money all of a sudden in the name of VAS and tunes and other services without intimating to me or even I desired to activate that. It is very much frustrating that I need to always be aware to see when balance is deducted. I have lodged complaints several times but in vain. No balance/money is refunded though they have done the blunder. Whenever I called up the customer care and registered the complains and asked about the resolution then they have only one answer we don't know; we will forward it to complain dept and they will revert to you within 30 days but unfortunately I did not get any call even within 365 days. So please look into that and ensure that such company does not survive if this thing continues. Was this information helpful? |
