[Resolved] BSNL, DOMBIVLI — Improper service | |||
Dear sir My name is Dhananjay from dombivali. I have a BSNL landline telephone and broadband connection. Six month back my landline and broadband connection get disconnected, when i complaint about it in bhoirwadi telephone exchange dombivali they said there is a cable problem. Your telephone cable get burried inside the gutter and we are not getting any person to do the work inside the gutter. I keep on inquiring but they keep the same answer work is going on. It took three month to start the connection. Telephone work normaly for one and half month and again ger disconnected and when i complaint again they are saying there is a cable problem. Now almost one and half month over that the telephone is disconneted. And the officer in the telephone exchange did not doing anythig. I complaint to their sinear but of no use. i want my telephone and broadband connection get started as early as possible. Please suggest me what can i do.
