BSNL - Landline Division — Landline not working...

Hi

i have a landline connection with BSNL- Chennai in the exchange Ambattur Chennai - 600053 and for the past one week my Landline is not working and also registered the complaint through phone and got the doc. no. Not only for my residence, more than 2-3 houses in that street face this problem and gave a complaint but till now no steps has been taken...very shame and worst customer service.

Dear Sir,

I have applied a broadband connection[protected] shifting on Jun 2010.But they are shifted and connected[protected]Not working) on sept 2nd 2010 but not working yet(They had taken 3 months for a connection shift). I had called several times to Palarivattom exchange .Everyday they are telling like today they will check the issue.
But iam mentaly tired from their response. please help me to connect my land line as soon as possible. I already wasted my time to call several peoples Now I have a booklet of contact number they have given for this issues(Most of them not working).

BSNL — Landline not working in spite of complaint

Land line telephone no.[protected] is not working properly since long last complaint was done on 30/10/2010 complaint no.12979.The linesman did come within a week and after fiddling with phone/line informed that the cable is required to be changed and he will get it changed with a day or two. Sorry to inform that no action has been taken since then. I am still waiting for readdressal of my complaint though several reminders have been given. Hope some authority wakes up and address my agony.

My Landline Phone Number[protected] was not working from last 2 weeks. I made a complaint on 17th May 2011. Complaint No.C-929. It is not yet rectified even after repeated reminders also.
