sir i am holding ur broadband connection, thinking that i will give good services, but unfortunately it is not upto the mark.connection is frequently discnnected.

I am getting frequent disconnections from 2 days and it is getting disconnected for every 5 minutes and then the connection is coming back,

My plan is 900 Unlimited and i have taken this connection in the month of june 2006, my phone number is 24467467..

Please solve my problem

I have made innumerable complaints (Complaint #[protected] regarding the Frequent disconnection of BSNL broadband connection on my phone no[protected], the ADSL light frequently disappears and the broadband connection stops, the staff never turned up to solve the problem, they say that wiring is to be changed but take no action.
Please take the complain seriously and take appropriate action on priority

Dear Sir,

My landline no. is[protected] and from last 1 n half year my phone is not workingproperly, in every 15 days my landline no goes off. was working then again it got disconnected. I have complaint many times but i have not received any response of your side. Everytime i was told by your technicians that we will look after the matter. I am really fed up of this problem.

AND THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY OUR LINE MAN IS NOT SETISFECTORY. HE IS NEW ONE .THE OLD ONE WAS REGULARE WE WANT HIM.

THIS IS NOT MY ALONE PROBLEM OUR WHOLE SOCIETY IS FACEING THIS PROBLEM SCIENCE MANY TIMES.SOME HAVE PHONE DADLINE SCIENCE 2-3 MONTHS.

I request you to pls look after this problem seriously or pls disconnect my services after letting me know and give my deposit back. I am really not satisfied with your services.

My name is Naveen Kumar.Iam using BSNL Broadband services.Line is frequently disconnecting.Iam hardly able to use the services for 2 to 3 days in a month.They are taking the full money but not providing the minimal services..Inspite of raising number of complaints no action has been taken till date.Kindly requesting you to take some severe action on this people.Kindly do the needful.

My bsnl broadband internet is not working from the past 10 days.My LINK in the modem is not highlighting and net is not working for me.I have given complaint so many times.But no one is coming to repair or resolve the problem.I have called 1504 and many other numbers,and all of them are saying that....... we are booking a complaint and this will be resolved in 24 hours.But already 240 hours gone.Nobody is coming here to solve my problem.My phone number is[protected].and the address is Modi House,2nd Floor,Badam gali,Strret no 16,GaganMahal Road,Domalguda,Hyderabad.I will be very thank full to you,if you can solve this very soon.

Broadband Connectivity problem for the past 20 days
Dear Sir,

My name is Bhanu from Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh Working as a software engineer in a software company. I am using BSNL broadband connection.
I had problem with the connection before 20 days and have complaint about the problem to BSNL office. Till today the problem is not solved. Please provide us with urgent solution for the problem.

i have a bsnl land line connection at my home , it gets disconnected frequently. last month it remained disconnected for more than 15 days , and the company is charging rent for whole month. if company is not giving services for 15 days in a month than they shouldn't charge the rent for whole month. pls help what should i do .

Dear Sir,
I have a BSNL Broadband connection on the telephone number #23735534 in Hyderabad. I've been complaining about the connection loss over a month or so and I've no response until now. I believe I should go for Consumer Forum to launch a legal case against BSNL since I believe this is the only way I can improve the largest telephone organization of India.
