[Resolved] BSNL Ghaziabad — Applied for Broadband - More than 1.5 months passed with no result

More than one month have passed since I applied for a broadband connection. Location - NitiKhand, indirapuram, Ghaziabad. After umpteen number of calls to customer care and JE / SDO office no favorable result has came. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I applied to transfer my land line phone(220003) from Modinagar to Swarn Jayanti Puram Ghaziabad on 31/03/212. However, phone is not transferred yet (6/May/2012).

I had a discussion with JE and some other staff member of BSNL, but no body convey the message when I will get it transfer. I asked to internet connection as well but they reply once the Engineer will come to setup phone call him and they will setup the internet.

My whole work is depend on internet and due to improper information given by BSNL staff I am loosing my business as well as in future I would not recommend anybody to go with BSL.

I can understand now why people are going with other companies like Airtel, Idea,
Reliance and vodafone. Because BSNL service is kind of shameful.
