[Resolved]  BSNL Ghaziabad — Customer care no. 1500 is not working

My Phone no 2636069 just got dead yesterday. it seems there is some mischief by line man or some on as they called me repeatedly on my phone asking my no. as well as address. As After repeated calling i got annoyed and asked for the reason. The phone got dead. As I am a old lady with hear problem I am under serious trouble

BSNL Ghaziabad — My Telephone with no 2884772 is not working

My Telephone with number 2884772 at 2 B - 143 Vasundhara, Ghaziabad is not working since 1st of August 2008.
Complaint was registered on 5 August 2008, Docket no. 583... without repair the fault got cleared.
New Complaint was registered on 11 August 2008, with dockect number 813 is still pending.
When I call up at 2885500, No one picks up the call.

My broadband connection is not working for the past 20 days and i have been repeatedly complaining it to the mohan nagar SDO, but still its not working. my number is[protected].

the number is 2657584

My telephone no.2833033 has been made one side without any information to me.On enquiary, it was informed that a bill dated 1/02/2000 for Rs.810/= is lying unpaid since year2000, while same has been paid and shown to deptt and photo copy also submitted to TRA, but on 22/08/09 when I asked about my disconnection, accountant tol me to show the payment deails. Itold him to refer old records but he did not bother and argued irrevelent things. At last I have handover a letter informing ht file conaining all correspondance has lost during business of documents every year and not adjusted till date.

Kindly look into it and resolve he case, I am paying all the bills since 1993 in time and this dispued bill has also paid by me but not adjusted by your staff .

Services provided by BSNL are very poor.
Customer care numbers mentioned are fake as they are not in service.
My tele. bill for the month of Aug 2008 for Phone No[protected] made incorrect, as free calls not adjusted more over charges for broad band usage also made in excess ie. 267.00 in place of 250.00.

It appears that there is none to take customer's care in BSNL specially at Ghaziabad (Rajnagar Exchange)

My telephone number[protected]old number 2623346) has been disabled for outgoing calls. It is reported that some bill is pending for payment. I have no knowledge of any unpaid bill.
Please inform me the amount of pending bill with full details
and the office where bill is to be paid.

I am having telephone No. 2881169. connected at my residence
Sector 10 C / 171, Vashundra, Ghaziabad.
Since Last three months my telephone is not working abnormal sound comes while lifting the receives, due to this we can't hear.
i have complaint at Vashundra Office no.[protected], 2881200, 2885050. But till today no action has been taken by your end.

You are requested to disconnect my no. & return my security.

i am fed up with the very name of bsnl..it has taken one month for bsnl staff to give me a broadband connection. when every thing was lined up, my users name took about 15 day to travel to my place. so far so good but when it came to actual use the modem yellow light started blinking hence no connection was established. i have been wandering from pillar to post for its rectification but who is there to set it right. now i request bsnl pratapvihar/ rajnagar to disconnect my so called connection so that i will be freed from the evil

My name is Pawan Mittal and i am the user of BSNL FLPP PCO and my Number is 2866962 and 2867268 . i am facing Disconnection in my line due to some problem .I have also discussed the same thing with SDO and JTO.They assure me, my problem has been resolved with in 2 or 3 days but i couldn't get any solution.The Issue is 10 days old.

This is my humble request to senior person, please do needful on my request, I am facing problem in my business and facing financial lose.

Our telephone number[protected] has been dead since 10 days and any complaint on the 198 is of no use . Once it was rectified but again it gets dead. When u call up the Officers they pass on the buck and say that its no their duty.

If we try to make call on our landline from outside it tells that this number has been changed how can it be posible.Although we have paid our bills in advance. Dear Sir,

After a repeated reminder My Residence Telephone No: 2612739 is not warking for the last 4 Months, I have deposited tha last bill also as instructed by your representative before 2 months, And they told me that your rent will be reducing, but I have received the bill again with the same rent and they charged the call charges also, How it is possible bcos my phone was not working for the last 4 months till date. I have decided to disconnect this number and request you to return my security deposit immediately.
