[Resolved]  BSNL GSM SERVICE — Deduction of amount against Alert Services

We are getting problem of deducting of against ALERT SERVICE from my mobile no. - [protected]. As I am making compleint to your toll free no. but they are not giving any response. Or some time they disconnecting the call in between.
The person whom I am talking in Tollfree are - Miss Priyanka, Mr. Ramanuj.
This problem I had faced last time also. But They are not giving any solution.
