[Resolved]  BSNL — Caller Tune activated on my No.

Few days back caller tune serice is activated on my mobile no. [protected] & an amount of rs. 45 is deducted from my account. I tried a lot to deactiate the same through SMS BT DACT to 5600, customer care & by dialing 56702, but fail. Kindly help me to deactivate the same.
