My telephone number[protected].and broadband connection taken in Sep. 2012.With trust in BSNL, ECS payment of bills has been arranged for long.After BSNL's total revamp of billing system including everything, I had occasion to find discrepancies between details and summary pages.Going in person to Kodambakkam divisional office & getting directed to one room after another, I found that the AO expressed his inability to clarify and blamed the IT people, Since amounts were small, I left it at that.

Yesterday I found that my bills showed under "ONE TIME CHARGES" included an amount of THREE items for "Hungama movies on demand" on the 1st of every month with the total of 347/-.ON enquiry by phone to the Divisional office, the Accounts Officer non-chalantly said that at sometime I must have answered a call on my cell phone asking this and my okaying on phone itelf;He said that this service is an OFF-LOADED service to private player and that I need to decctivate it through the website only.AND WHEN I GO TO THAT WEBSITE, I AM TO AGAIN REGISTER WITHA USED ID & PASSWORD!
This is a total unethical practice by BSNL whom we trust at least for honest practices, if not for any other.That AO said he would take TEN days to send me details of who agreed on cell phone on what date etc.!! Such practies were being perpetrasted by private cell phone players in the market and after warning by TCAI auhtorites stopped their practice.
I want this Hungama to be activated immediately and I ask for credit of all amounts collected by BSNL through their bills.BSNL has also to answer for this nefarious practice of a supposed activation of Hungama channels through cell phones calls.
I will take up TCIL and if necessary, by police complaint of fraudulent act by a private party with actice support by BSNL.

I don't want this BSNL Hungama plans.i couldn't find any useful things
in this services so kindly deactivate my subscription from this.I had
already sent many complaints about this but didn't got any reply for
that so by this time at least you should deactivate this
subscription.unsubscribe it immediately i'm wastly paying Rs.347 for
every month but nothing is useful in this.
