BSNL Hungama — Deactivation

Dear BSNL-hungama,

Just stop this foolish service. BSNL hungama is totally useless. No one need it.
Anyone can download any songs from djmaza.info, songs.pk etc. free of cost without BSNL-hungama.
Anyone can download any movie from torrent, youtube free of cost without BSNL-hungama.
Then why should I pay extra for this useless, nasty thing.

Who have given you this type of bloody, foolish, like ideas to start BSNL-hungama.

I have not subscribed BSNL-hungama anymore, then why have you subscribed my account automatically, forcefully? Why have you subscribed me yourself.? And why are you not unsubscribing my account?

And when I am trying to unsubscribe. The toll free number is not working. I think it is a fake number.

You have subscribed me 2 times, not just 1 time. 1st time I was not able to unsubscribe any how. Then I had to disconnect my telephone connection. Then again I had to get a new telephone connection with a new number. It took 10 days to get the new connection again. It was very frustrating. I could not work anymore for the 10 days.

Then again you have subscribed me one time. Please unsubscribe my account. I don't need it anymore. It is painful.

Just close the service and stop sucking people's money now. Just give me my money back. I am already paying for BSNL broadband. I don't wanna pay anymore for this useless service.

Complaint Details : I have been charged a sum of Rs.872.59- in the bill no.[protected] dt.06/01/2015 and Rs.191.61/- in the bill towards one time charge against bsnl hungama movies/music/games on demand.
I would like to bring to kind notice that I have not either subscribed to or utilised this service so far.
