Without any information or any payment receipt this Hungama plan activated in my landline.I don't know why these Hungama activated.Several times I called in the toll free number, sending mails, but nobody is responding.If I don't want this plan why this Hungama bill continuously sending the bill.BSNL Hungama is really looting the people.I request please deactivate this plan as soon as possible.I don't want to through my money without using this plan.Please Hungama cutoff this line from my phone no.[protected].

Also pse refund the amount already charged.

My Landline phone number is [protected]. Someone from your customer service called me regarding the promotion of BSNL Hungama and sent me the link to operate. But I never used this programme. However, regret to state that with out any information of any approval from my side, your god company started to charge me for the same.

I just want to know the reasons for the same.
For your information, I have already contacted the nearby office and ask them to deactivate the BSNL Hungama. I hope the same must have done.

Now the issue is that, what about the money which you have already collected towards this ? Are you going to refund or you would be adjusting with the next bill?
