BSNL Hungama — Deactivation

I have not used the BSNL HUMGAMA services & have not subscribed but I have been charged Rs 278/- in my July 2016 bill. It is not fair. Please waive out the charge & correct my bill. . I want deactivation of the BSNL Hungama plan from my phone with immediate effect. My Phone no:[protected]

Myself, Mohan Menon, Iam a regular customer of BSNL, my Telephone No. is[protected], my Email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Three months back I got activated the Bsnl Hungama Music and Movies on Demand.Later, I found that I am totally unable to utilise this programme, due to my personal problems., therefore I put a complaint to Deactivate the Bsnl Hungama Music and Movies on Demand twice once in june 2016 & second time on July 15/16, 2016. Now I get a bill that this hungama business still continues and there is no effect of my complaint, you are totally neglecting my complaints. I again request you humbly to immediately Deactivate the Hungama music and movies on Demand with immediate effect. This month the bill has come considering the Bsnl Hungama though i haven't used it at all and apart from my complaints. Next month I don't want the bill should show the the ammount of Bsnl Hungam of Rs170.00+ Rs 249.00=Rs. 429.00.

The above complaint was the second one and yet this month again I am getting the same amount of Rs.1836.00 and being an obedient customer of BSNL, paid it. You till now you don't have the courtesy to respond to my complaints and act.Is this the way you have to behave with your customers, I do not know whom else to complaint to, your customer care telephone tells to put a complaint this way. We are totally fixed, it appears you every month you will put a bill of the same amount, we pay and keep on putting a complaint. Can you please tell me how many more times i have to put the complaint like this.

This is D.Manohar Rao.Kurnool Andhra Pradesh My BSNL Land No.is [protected]. On 9/9/2016 a call received from BSNL Hungama an Executive talked to me and told their Hungama programmes and asked me my email address, My date of birth and etc., I have not accepted to activate the Hungama. One email received to me through my email and they given Password. At the time of i.e. on 9/9/2016 the executive told me if you open our site and down load any movie or songs then bill will be added in ur BSNL Land bill. I have told I am 62 years that my children is in Hyderabad. No body in Kurnool are interested that. They he said if you use our site then only bill will be added in BSNL Land line. 9/2016 BSNL Land bill came and Rs.403/- us Hungama amount. The executive cheated me. This is very very fraud of BSNL Hungama. So many people are suffering with Hungama Phone call. I have given complaint to support.[protected]@hungama.com on 8/10/2016. They are blaming me that is my fault. The Rs.403/- is deducting from bill. This is BSNL Hungama fraud. BSNL Hungama phone is fraud. The executive also done very fraud. Pl. take action and Rs.403/- may please be deducted from BSNL Land bill of 9/2016.. Pl.take this as complaint. D.Manohar Rao, [protected] Kurnool.
