[Resolved]  BSNL / Hungama — Cheating in Rent

Dear Sir,

I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 1 years. My BSNL landline number is[protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But from 6-7 months i saw that an additional amount of Rs.149/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said service.

I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.

For the past 3 months , i am trying to escalate the issue with support.[protected]@hungama.com, but i am not getting a proper reply from them.

It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (as Rs 149 makes bigger amt). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama OR BSNL, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this.

sir,
i didnt activated any mod services but i have been charged 687 rupees for last four months...so please deactivate MOD(music on demand) to the phone number [protected].
I agree, I have the same problem (paid 149 * 5 months). This is number one cheating. BSNL has to take care of their reputation.
I too agree to this, as they are cheating. From the last 4 month i too getting Rs.149/- as MoD which i have to subscribed at all. we have to fight it at the consumer court.
I agree. Even in my bill also we are charged with 6 months @ Rs.149 without my consent.
I totally agree reg rental of Rs.5/- charged to me towards renewal of hungama portal. I did not ask to them for renewal but an ack sent to me as a sms against mu post paid connection of banl mobile under manik jor plan.

I strongly raised my query and want to get immediatate solution to stop renewal charged of RS.5/- per day to me on post paid mobile connection.

Subject: Extra renta for BSNL Hungama Tones charge

Dear sir,
Iam using BSNL BROAD BRAND since last year and there was no problem either in payment or in bill. But in the last month bill suddenly they charged me about Rs 142.00 as Debits charge. Even I enquired with BSNL customer care regarding the addition of extra charge as an BSNL HUNGAMA TONE CHARGE even I never opted for this facility.

I request you to cancel the extra debits and issue me a new bill or send me an SMS on my cell to avoid late payment.

I subscribed hungama games on demand for 149/- but I didn't use any of the hungama services but I got a bill of 1, 152/- in last month and198/- in this month for which iam not responsible.so iam requesting you to deactivate the service immediately.my landline phone no.[protected]

I am having BSNL land line[protected] for the last 25 years . to my surprise I received the bill (No.[protected] dt.[protected] with one time charg
of Rs1678.57 towards games on demand for which I have never subscribed or used. I request for immediate deactivation of Games on Demand
service and allow me not to get any further inconvenience and humiliation.

I have been mailing the officials to deactivate my hungama account since last month.
I also went to the office and gave them a letter for the same.
It still hasnt been deactivated and i am being charged a lot.

Kindly deactivate my account as soon as possible!
