I RECEIVED MY BSNL BROADBAND BILL OF DEC12 MONTH AND IN MY BILL 3 TYPES OF CHARGES WERE ADDED. AND WHEN I COMPLAINT BSNL.HUNGAMA.COM TEAM TOLD ME "we won’t be able to provide you refund for the charges levied on your BSNL bill as when our sales executive called on your landline number[protected], “Mr. Pravesh Mittal” gave us permission to activate the services on telephonic call. Our executive called on 02nd November, 2012 and informed to “Mr. Pravesh Mittal” about the services, benefits and charges. Thereafter “Mr. Pravesh Mittal” provided us his details i.e. email id and mobile number to activate the services and received Login Id and password BUT HIS EXECUTIVE NEVER TOLD US ABOUT THE CHARGES , HE TOLD US IT'S FREE OF COST , SO THATS WHY I GAVE MY DETAILS TO SEND THE LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD. TIS IS COMPLETELY CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER ON BEHALF OF BSNL.... KINDLY HELP ME TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..... Was this information helpful? | |||

bsnl hungama bill — bsnl hungama bill
Sir,I am Soumik Sarkar from kolkata. I have broadband connection since last year. In July,10 hungama sent a mail in my id for activation account. I activated hungama account,I dont have knowledge about hungama activation charges. I never download any songs. They charge rs.149 per month since July,10. But real story is I did not get any information since July,10. This year 24th feb I have got telephone bill.Then I stund.They charged all total Rs.1535.But I allways get the bill approx Rs.399 to 590. They are saying problem in bsnl.
You please verify what is the real faults and you please take action soon,otherwise we surrender.
