[Resolved]  BSNL India — billing problems

hello i m pranav pathak.I am totally dissatisfied by the billing system of bsnl gwalior.i had applied for the incoming in my telephone 2 months ago, even after that i got an unexpected bill of rs. 844this time.since we have one way im landline.ie. only incoming.how can i make any call from my landline?what is the basis of this bill.my landline no. is [protected].bill no. is.T[protected].kindly look into this matter as soon as possiblem.thanking you!
