[Resolved]  BSNL/ India Games — cancellation of service

Respected Sir,
I am Shibina from Kalpakkam, Tamilnadu. I am also a complaint person on BSNL Games on Demand. As the BSNL person told that this is free of cost, I also installed the games. And my operating System is not at all supporting for this program. I made notice this problem to the person, he replied me that You try in another PC. I replied I am not interested in this games and please unsubscribe me. But he told me to wait for a month and he gave me a toll-free number.
After one month I tried for unsubscribe. But my experience was also the same as above customer. Customer Care persons are not at all responding to the phone.
Now I am wasting Rs.200 per month. What else I can do for my un-subscription. I don't want this Games. Please stop the subscription

My Dear Sir,

I am very much annoyed for the marketing calls BSNL make and trap the customers. 3 months back one call came to our land line[protected] and my daughter answered the call. She was told that there is a schem of free games on demand and we have to just say yes to the request. My daughter without knowing the trap and being minor she said yes with the word FREE. to our surprise every month we are charged Rs 200 for not using the facility. I gave calls to cutomer cell and requested to deactivate. but till now there is no response and every month I am paying unnecessarly Rs 200./- I cannot stop paying the bill as it is attached to land line and broad band. once for this query I kept hold on payment which I had to pay late fee unnecessary.

Request BSNL authoriites to stop is prank and decativte imediatly,

On[protected] I have given an E-mail from my e-mail id - [protected]@gmail.com regarding DEACTIVATION of Games on Demand service to my tele phone no:[protected]. But i have not received any confirmation of my cancellation of the service. The service was given on free first and it was automatically renewed with out any indication.So please cancel the service immediately and send me the confirmation to my e-mail id.

I am unable to de-activate this chat service in my mobile. Really BSNL customer care is very worst compared to all other Network Services. IF BSNL WANT TO CHEAT PUBLIC IN THIS WAY, NO ONE WILL CONTINUE WITH THEIR NETWORK. I AM REALLY FED UP OF TRYING TO SPEAK CUSTOMER CARE. THEY SAY WE WILL DE-ACTIVATE BUT NO RESPONSE. BSNL IS DOING FRAUD SERVICE BY DEDUCTING 30Rs every month.

BSNL — Cancellation of On line games

I am T.V.Raghavarao having broadband internet connection on my land line No.[protected]..
Few months back BSNL personnel came on line and informed my Granddaughter that our number is selected on lucky draw for providing on line games as sample.If we do not want to continue we can cancel at any time.I have been trying to inform the cancellation through Tele no.[protected] but I could not get any response. I have been paying Rs.200/- every month as one time charges.
I request BSNL authorities to respond and stop this on line game facility on my Broad band internet connection.
