My BSNL land line 0484-2713056 (Chottanikkara exchange, Ernakulam SSA) do not work for the last few months. Even after registering many complaints, the issue was not rectified. I was really frustrated and requested to disconnect the phone. Then, the BSNL employees agreed to fix my issue. I have given a new application to re-initiate my connection. However, till today I have not got the connection. Whenever, I contact the BSNL, I used to get a reply from the line man that he will come and fix it soon.
