DEAR SIR MY LANDLINE PHONE NO IS [protected]IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO PLS CHANGE MY INSTRUMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WIRE CABLE I COMPLAINT YOU 66DAYS BEFORE BUT TILL DATE THAT MY INSTRMENT AND WIRE CABLE IS NOT CHANGE SO KINDLY DO THE NEEDFULL ACTION

I have given an application form for new bsnl connection land line phone to mansarovar extention on 14.07.2010 and they had forwarded the application to nirman nagar extention for the line. Today is 26.07.2010 still I have not get any connection of land line and any reply from nirman nagar extention.

I request you to kindly take this matter into action for good services.

The new connection is with the name of Shri Radhey Shyam Jasoria and phone no. is[protected].
plot no. 290, vardhman nagar - a, heerapura, ajmer raod, jaipur.

My telephone no. is[protected] has been dead since last 2 days. Complaint number 92745 has been registered on 06/09/10.

My telephone Instrument out of order from last week.I went to Triveni Nagar telephone office on 08th July'2011.Lineman with Incharge checked my Instrument & told me that Instrument out of order.You will come on 09th July'2011and replace with new one.
Today I went to office, but no one replaced by Instrument.Line man told me that Store Keeper did not come to office upto 11.30AM.
My Board Band also not worked

Please look in the matter, How much time & money we will spend for replacement of Instrument.

My Phone Number 2342757 is not working since about one month. Initially the telephone line was noisy and after that totally dead, for which complaint was lodged on 21.09.2011, but no response was there inspite of repeated requests over phone. I have lodged complaint thrice, the last two complaint Nos. are [protected] dated 10.10.2011 (6.10 PM), which has been reported resolved without any rectification. On every attempt during the enquiry it has been informed "aapki shikayat already mojood hai, maintenance karya jari hai" but till date line is still dead. Again a complaint was lodged vide No.[protected] dated 19.10.2011 (3.50 PM), but there is no response as yet. I have reminded again & again at 198, 1500, Area Supervisor on 2340398, SDO on 2344000 and Area Manager on 2338080. This shows bad services of BSNL, as there is no services during last one month. I have a connection of broadband also, which also can not be used due to dead line. If any solution is there?
