[Resolved]  BSNL kollam — land phone complaint

Halo sir,
my land line is not working last one months([protected]) i complant in pathanapuram office there is no response from departement side plese conseder this mail is my written copmplent and take further action immedeatley

My land phone no [protected] is in complaint more than one week.I already inform the exchange as the same time.But no action taken against my complaint.so i complaint through 198 on 10/04/2012.my complaint no id:[protected].but still no action taken against my complaint.so please take initiativ to solve my problm at the earliest.

My land line No[protected] is not working more than 15 days. Some time only incoming call we are geting with very very bad voice. outgoing is totally stoped, and some time the phone bell volume also very very less .I think its beause of the Old phone.
My parents already complaint in Chadayamangalam exchange. Until now no one came from the Chadayamangalam exchange.
Please consider this email as a request/complaint.

Dear Sir,
My land phone no.[protected] having problem for several times my father complaint to sooranad exchange.phone not working properly the last one week, they said wherever the cable is cut they need two, three days for repair but till now nothing happened, I can t call my family as I am out of India please do some necessary action

My land phone no [protected] with broad band connection the land phone is not working more than two month (Voice of phone not heard when calls incoming) already complaint several times in Thevalakkara exchange
favourable action was not taken and the phone is checked in exchange the phone was no problem. So it was a cable complaint.Kindly take necessary steps to restart the connection urgently.please consider this email as a request/complaint

My land phone with broad band connection[protected] is not working more than three months. It is completely dead. I complained several times in Oachira telephone exchange. But till now the problem is not solved. Lineman telling that the problem with the cable.But they are not doing any necessery action to solve the problem.
But they are very punctual on sending monthly bill on date. I request yot to kindly take necessary action on my request.

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that my BSNL landline[protected] which comes under Valakom
exchange is not working for the last 15 days.. I have lodged complaint on 16/07/2012
with docket no.[protected].. But till date the fault has not been rectified..

Whenever we contact the JTO, Valakom exchange, we get a very beautiful reply that
it will be rectified soon.. But till date, the situation remains unchanged..

To our surprise, when we contacted the JTO, Valakom, a lady who didnot wished to
reveal her identity said that she dont have any idea who the concerned person to be sent to
rectify the complaint..

I request you to kindly look into the matter & do something USEFUL

My Land Phone No. [protected] is out of order from 17.10.2012 I registered a complaint through 198 on 18.10.2012.And also I contacted the Telephone Exchange authorities ( Kulakkada Exchane in Kollam Dist )and SDE Puthoor several time .But till date no action has been taken .
