my land phone no:[protected] is out of order for three month.our bharathepuram exchange is not responding to my complaints.i have complianted morethan five times this month but they are not responding.please kindly take neccessary action about this problem.please view this problem seriously.the technicians in the bharathepuram exchange is not responding .

My BSNL land phone no [protected] is complaint more than 27 days i had been given complaint to bsnl karunagappally through 198 several times but the complaint has been not yet solved so i requested to reduce my rental for all these days and solve my complaint as early as possible.
Dear Sir,
My land phone no[protected] is in complaint more than One month. I already inform the exchange as the same time. But no action taken against my complaint so i complaint through 198- 2 weeks back. But still no action taken against my complaint. So please take necessary action on my request...

Dear Sir,

I obtain a broad brand connection together with land no.[protected] but till yet the services not accurate the data line frequently disconcerting and not working due to the lack of proper cabling,

I frequently complaining and regularly paying for the data charges without the usage.

So I humbly request you to disconnect immediately the services without prior notice, if it not possible to maintain and providing connection properly to avoid my financial loss.

Kindly inform me the status us early as possible.

I am shajahan, subscriber of BSNL, since the last 14 years, Customer ID :[protected], Tel:[protected]

I am presenting this letter to you as a complaint against the BSNL Kollam – Chavara substation
From the last 25 days, my telephone connection is down, three times I send the connection repair request to the chavara substation, but till this time I didn’t get any reply, and the complaint is still pending from their side, when ever I make a call to the substation, and I ask about the case, they will tell me that “we have no time now, and if we will get time, we will check about this case in two days”
And also I had DSL connection, before 4 months I cancel the connection because it is also will not work more than two times in a week,
Kindly requesting you to please do the necessary action against this case and please this as very needful

Sir, The Internet connection with my land line [protected] connected with Thevalakkara Telephone Exchange was not working for the previous six months.Reported the matter many occasions and the modem also checked ok at the exchange and the problem identified as the damage at the local pannel board. My telephone also works rarely only.Since the net connection is not getting, I have decided to terminate my net connection by registering through the grievance portal vide docket No.KRL/CO/2014/17665, docket No.[protected] and simultaniously registered for a new Wimax connection through online and received Lead Id as KLQUI [protected]. No action taken from the authorities and again registered complaint on 16/10/2014 for the installation of wimax and allotted grievance docket No.KRL/CO/2014/19089. Kindly do the needful at the earliest OR initiate actions for the termination of my land line also, which was the connection from the very begining of the Thevalakkara Exchange. My name is Sooraj and I have lived in the Kuwait for the past 15 years. My parents live in Kerala.They have one and only son . My father and mother live in their own property in Kerala, Kollam District under the Puthoor telephone exchange. Our telephone number is[protected]. My father is 65 years old and my mother is 60 years old, and they live alone. Both are diabetic and has hypertension. My parents do not know how to undse the mobile phone so therefore we contact them via land line. 2 months ago our land line became faulty. My father has been to the Puthoor exchange so many times and spoke with them about this concern. We are struggling to contact them and speak with them. We are contacting our neighbours just to talk to our parents. It has been very hard to contact them for the past 2 months. We paying the rent regularly but BSNL is not caring us. Please take immediate actions to sort this problem out! We need you to get this problem solved as soon as possible because they are elderly and we need to talk to them
