Dear Sir/Madam
We are having the Land Line connection provided by BSNL numbered[protected] which was dead in the month of Feb 2012 for more than 20 days in a month. After continuous followup it was rectified in the month end. And from the beginning of this month it was dead. We have told to the concerned AE (selaiyur Exange) and the reply is they dont have enough cables to attend the damages in the route. In that case, why i have to pay the monthly rental for the month of Mar 2012.
This to request to attend the cable damages at the earliest for restoring the services for which they have been paid and also to Waive the monthly rental charges for the month of Mar 2012
