1STLEVEL - REGISTERED COMPLAINT AT 198 SEVERAL TIMES
2ND LEVEL - CALLLED MANAPALLY EXCHANGE ON TELEPHONE NUMBER 2862000 AND HEY AGREED TO SEND FILED ENGGINEERS, BUT NOTHING HAPPNED
3RD LEVEL - PERSONALLY WENT TO KARUNAGAPALLY AREA MANAGER AND COMPLAITED - NOTHING HAPPENED
4TH LEVEL - MAIL SEND TO CHIEF GENERAL MANAGER KERALA CIRCLE AND CC TO KOLLAM GM - NOTHING HAPPNED
TODAY I CALLED MANAPALLY EXCHANGE TO KNOW THE REASON FOR NON RESOLUTION - THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO STAFF TO RECIFY THE COMPLAINT AND TO CALL SUB DIVISIONAL OFFICER OCHIRA

IS IT A PROPER WAY FOR RESONCE FROM INDIA'S NO 1 SERVICE PROVIDER?
IS THEIR ANY FURTHER ESCALATION MATRIX AVAILABLE FOR A CUSTOMER TO RECTIFY HIS TELEPHONE COMPLAINT??

BSNL — Landline phone rectification

My phone No.[protected] is not working properly. There is disturbance in phone line and hand set; while receiving incoming calls low voice indicated.
Dear sir,
Im Ajikumar working in saudi arabia.My telephone and broadband connection is not working form last 6 weeks at my house.my no#[protected] at sooranad exchange area.Several time i complaint to 198, officer in duty no#[protected], junior telecom officer (mobile no sooranad exchange), and also complaint to The area manager at karunagappally.but not any respond from your side.So kaindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
This is for your kind attention that I had been submitted an application to Valakom Exchange on 27th April 2010 for transfering my present landline[protected] to my new built house (ummannoor) which comes under the Chepra Exchange Area. We had shifted to our new house on 30th of April 2010. Since the last three months, we are living without a telephone and contacting each other is difficult.Till date no action has been taken to transfer the telephone. I am working in the Gulf and I need to contact my family and parents frequently.

Kindly take immediate action to transfer the telephone to our new house as requested.

Dear Sir

Very long time I am using BSNL land phoe under Parippally Excange[protected]. Last six months my phone is not working and I am paying the bill. More than two months I submitted an application for changing to my new house. When I was checking with the Officer, they said that there is no cable. Why I want to pay bill with out any service. My new connection area is under same exchange and same pannel.

If possible help me, otherwise you can remove my conection.

My self Raju Prasad Gupta Divisional Manager Shriram life Insurance Co. Ltd. In Front of District Judge Kothi Civil Line Ara Bhojpur . Our office Land Line No[protected] is Fully dead from one month . I complained again and again but responce is zero, When I call for complain [protected] only responce for complain written not solve .
Your Employee reply my duty only complain received not other service .I call and sent massage to DTO mobile no [protected] and[protected] but not any responce or received the call .
This is very good JOB for play JOKES for BSNL employee or OFFICERS .
Please reply me what I am doing for solve the problem .If problem is not short out than I like only one point for solve the problem DISCONECTED the connection for permanent solution .
