Land line phone shifting

Self had given application for shifting of land line phone(04426532519) on 19.06.12 .Reference no.16491264118. Even after 10 days no body attended the job.After much efforts,I contacted the BSNL Grievance cell (26253355) on 21.06.12.The person in Grievance cell had assured that the job will be completed by one or two days.But no body attended the job so far,Mean time on 26.06.12, I got an SMS from "BSNL Care"saying that your request for telephone shifting has completed.(With out attending/completing the job)

PL DO THE NEEDFUL TO COMPLETE THE JOB
