BSNL - Land Line — shifting

My land line no.:[protected], we applied for shifting from Chengannur (Allapuzha Dist) to Malakkara (Pathanamthitta Dist) on July 2012 but till date we didn’t get connection for the same.
Last ten years we are BSLN consumer, we want to know status above mention shifting land line connection.
