BSNL Land Phone — Not working

Address:Kollam, Kerala

Dear Madam/Sir,

My land phone[protected] is not working since December-2011, may times wrote complaint in register and no response from the concern, this phone was taken with an advance payment of Rs.10,000/-. I have Broadband connection also and that is working. may I know why BSNL JTO or any other personnel not responding the complaint.

My land phone (no:2254172) is not working from feb 10th 2012. I complainted at Pandapilly Exchange,my land line is in this area of exchange . but they were not take any actions.Please urgently solve our proble
