[Resolved]  BSNL landline bill rebate — no rebate has been offered as per promise

Address:Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

From 28 May 2010 till 28 July my landline no-2729540 remained cut-off due to GVMC road work and cutting of cable.On contacting the concerned DEE and down yhe line SDO and JE all promised me for providing rebate for that period but so far nothing has been rebated.Truely represents India "Hopeless"

For us too they refused to give the rebate as they promised earlier..
Dont knw why this ppl are like this...
Privatization is best..Everything will be transparent
